Michenuels where invited to a property in Bromley. BR1 to assist Mark from Swiftcure Ltd. DA17 to provide access to the house footings, for suspected damp and dry rot issues. We immediately set to work, cut out the substrate to allow access for the Asbestos Team and Swiftcure Damp Proofing, replaced the Joists, substrate with Marine Ply, supplied and Milled Oak Parquet Tiles and Two Strip Oak and Mahogany Border, heavy machine sand and seal.
